As a part of our human Recoursesfunction and reporting to the Human Resources Advisor, you will be enthusiastic,highly driven and adaptive, with a strong focus on conducting the assessmentand manage HTA classes. You will have a passion for self-development and want tofurther your career in the human resources sector.
Responsibilities:
· Managehospitality management classes fortnightly · Conductassessments on current trainees fortnightly · Conductonsite visit to follow up on trainees who missed a class · Build powerpoint presentations and necessary materials for the class · Maintain andupdate accurate records for available back ups · Coordinatebackups according to clients’ requirements · Update thedatabase and clients’ portfolio · Provideweekly report of quitties to AM and HR · Providemonthly report to AM on trainees that have completed 6 months and havecompleted the whole assessments · Supportmarketing team in email market, flyers and advertisements · Other ad hocadmin tasks as required
Requirements:
· Excellentcommunication skills · A can doattitude · Bepro-active · Have the driveto learn and bring ideas forward · Work in aclose team environment
