living with landlord is actually good.
if i forget to take back the clothes i hanged outside, they help me.
when i need help they are always there for me to give me a hand. they have more experience in Australia and helping other students.
if landlords doesn't live there other housemates are more rude, noisy, bring friends over, smoke inside the house.
i think there is a common misconception living with landlords is actually really good.
houses with landlord are normally much cleaner.
having rules and someone to enforce them is a good thing.

which country is better to live in?
most landlords are good people and educated people otherwise how can they afford to buy a house? we shouldn't demonise them. : ) |
