i would like to share of my experience that how to become a fit body
it's all about calories intake, and exercise.  Don't eat too much rice and suger, especially after 2pm, coz rice have too much Carbohydrates.
here is a list that you can find out how much calories burned per hourly with different workouts.

There are planty of websites that guide you how to lose your weight in healthy way. Nutrition is a key that really affects your health while you are trying to lose&gain your weight.
Keep eatting healthy food like eggs, salmon, vegetable, fruits...
